This course will present participants with the foundational practices of Gifted and Talented Education that they can use in the classroom. Focus will be on characteristics of GATE learners, the social and emotional needs of the gifted, and the basics of differentiated instruction.

This course is designed to teach students what personal narratives are and what the components of an effective narrative.  Over the 4 weeks, students will go through various activities that will help them write their own expository narratives.
